This gluten free bread mix helps you bake a wonderfully good bread with a taste of oats. All dry ingredients are already included in the packaging – even the yeast – so all you need to do is add water. Enjoy your freshly baked bread with breakfast or lunch, perhaps as a delicious addition to your soup or pasta dinner or a light evening meal on its own. Each packaging makes two breads. Instead, you can also decide to bake a batch of rolls or baguette – it’s up to you!
