American pancakes


  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2,5 dl milk
  • 180 g (3 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix
  • 2-3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • margarine for frying

American pancakes

Feel American! Gluten free American pancakes are perfect for an extra delicious brunch.

This is how you do

  1. Melt the margarine and mix in the milk.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Then mix together all ingredients in a bowl until it becomes an even consistency and leave it to rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Fry in a pan at medium heat for 1-2 minutes on either side.
  5. Serve with jam, whipped cream, or perhaps with syrup – the American way!
