Apple pie


  • 150 g margarine
  • 240 g (ca 4 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix
  • 6-8 tbsp sugar
  • 4-5 apples
  • cinnamon
  • margarine for the pie mold
  • serve with vanilla ice cream or vanilla custard

Apple pie

Exquisite gluten free apple pie! Some say it’s perfect in the fall – we think it’s just amazing all year round!

This is how you do

  1. Mix margarine, flour mix and sugar together into a smooth dough.
  2. Coat a pie baking form with margarine.
  3. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Place a layer of thin apple slices in the pie baking form and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar – continue with alternate layers with the rest of the apple slices.
  4. Then pour and spread the dough over the apples.
  5. Bake in the oven at 225°C for 20-25 minutes. After about 10 minutes place tin foil over the pie so it doesn’t get burned.
  6. Ideally served with vanilla icecream or vanilla custard. SO Yummy!
