• Cca 1 1/2 dl sweet almonds, 90 g
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 dl sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Peel of one lemon
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (150g)


Try these deliciously crispy biscotti with almond! Enough for 25-30 pcs.

This is how you do:

  1. Set your oven to 175º C.
  2. Blanch the almonds and peel them. Roast the peeled almonds in a dry pan until golden in color. Leave to cool before roughly chopping them.
  3. Beat egg and sugar together. Add vanilla sugar, salt and the shredded lemon peel and mix.
  4. Mix together baking powder and flour before adding in the wet mix and the chopped almonds. Mix together thoroughly into a smooth dough.
  5. Shape the dough into 4 ´finger thick´ logs and place them on two baking trays with baking sheet. Bake the logs in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Cut into bits about 3 cm long just after removing the baked logs from the oven. Leave the baked biscotti to cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
