Chocolate and muesli cakes


  • 6 dl Finax Fruktmüsli
  • 1 1/2 dl sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 egg whites

Chocolate and muesli cakes

Little treats you will find it hard to keep your hands off – remember to pass around! About 25 pcs.

This is how you do

  1. Set your oven to 200º C.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in  a bowl. Melt the butter and pour in. Mix together thoroughly, then leave to cool down.
  3. Whip three egg whites and mix into the dough.
  4. Spread the dough out into a baking tray of about 25 x 25 cm with baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 200º C for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Cut the cake into squares after having cooled a little.
