Ingredients
125 g margarine
1,5 dl milk
2 eggs
2 dl sugar
240 g (about 4 dl) Finax Mjölmix
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla sugar
For garnish: sprinkles or flowers
Frosting:
100 g margarine
500 g powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
100 g Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp cold coffee
Chocolate Cupcakes
Perfect cupcakes for (un)expected company, celebrations, kids' birthdays or your own coffee break. Enough for 15 cupcakes.
this is how you do:
Melt the margarine and mix in the milk.
Beat egg and sugar together into a light and airy mass
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add everything together and mix into a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into muffin cups on a baking tray. Fill the cups about 2/3 of the way.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
Leave the baked muffins to cool.
Prepare your frosting.
FROSTING
Whip margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the cream cheese (Philadelphia).
Then mix in the cocoa and coffee.
Stir for a couple of minutes until thick and even.
Apply the frosting to the cupcakes and add any sprinkles on top to your liking.
Chocolatey, moist and delicious.
