Chocolate dreams


  • 200 g butter
  • 4,4 dl brown sugar
  • 0,5 dl sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl Finax Lågprotein Mjölmix or Finax Mjölmix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 dl Krispiga Flingor
  • 300 g dark chocolate (roughly chopped)

Chocolate dreams

The name says it all! – these heavenly mouthfuls are always a hit..

This is how you do:

  1. Whip butter and the different sugars thoroughly together into a light and airy texture.
  2. Add vanilla sugar and egg.
  3. Mix in the flakes.
  4. Mix together the flour, bicarbonate and salt before adding to the butter/sugar mix.
  5. Finally add in the chocolate bits.
  6. Place the dough onto a baking sheet and roll it into a log of 2-3 cm in diameter.
  7. Leave the log to cool in the fridge over night. Cut the log into 5-7 mm thick slices and place these on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180° for 10-12 minutes.
