Chocolate Squares


  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl sugar
  • 1,5 dl milk
  • 4,5 dl Finax Glutenfri Grov Mjölmix
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 150 g melted margarine
  • 200 g powder sugar
  • 60 g melted margarine
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp cold strong instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Chocolate Squares

A real favorite for kids as well as grown-ups! These treats will never fail – so why not make a batch right now..

This is how you do:

  1. Beat egg and sugar into a light mix. Then add in the milk.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa and the blend in with then egg/sugar/milk mix.
  3. Finally mix in the melted margarine.
  4. Spread out the dough on a pre-greased tin foil sheet (about 20×30 cm) in a baking tray. Bend the foil sides up to form a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 225° C for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool.
  7. Mix together all ingredients for the frosting. After the cake has cooled completely spread the frosting all over the top and sprinkle with plenty of coconut.
