Cookies with chocolate


  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 ½ dl powder sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g (approx. 2.5 dl) Finax Mjölmix or Finax Lågprotein Mjölmix
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ dl chocolate lentils
  • 50 g roughly chopped milk chocolate

Who can resist a cookie with chocolate? Try this perfect combo for real ‘Chocoholics’ and ‘cake monsters! About 40 pcs.


This is how you do

  1. Beat the butter, powdered sugar and sugar until it becomes white and airy. Then beat the egg to a smooth texture.
  2. Mix together the flour mix and baking powder.
  3. Mix everything together. Finally add the chocolate lentils and chopped chocolate to the mix and work together into a smooth dough.
  4. Use two spoons to place the dough in suitable sizes on a baking tray covered with baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 8 minutes at 200º C.
  6. Leave to cool on a grill without baking sheet.
