Ingredients
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 1 ½ dl powder sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g (approx. 2.5 dl) Finax Mjölmix or Finax Lågprotein Mjölmix
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ dl chocolate lentils
- 50 g roughly chopped milk chocolate
Cookies with chocolate
Who can resist a cookie with chocolate? Try this perfect combo for real ‘Chocoholics’ and ‘cake monsters! About 40 pcs.
This is how you do
- Beat the butter, powdered sugar and sugar until it becomes white and airy. Then beat the egg to a smooth texture.
- Mix together the flour mix and baking powder.
- Mix everything together. Finally add the chocolate lentils and chopped chocolate to the mix and work together into a smooth dough.
- Use two spoons to place the dough in suitable sizes on a baking tray covered with baking sheet.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 8 minutes at 200º C.
- Leave to cool on a grill without baking sheet.
