Cookies with peanuts


  • 100 g butter or margarin
  • 1 ½ dl powdered sugar
  • 3/4 dl sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g (ca 2 ½ dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix or Finax Lågprotein Mjölmix (versal)
  • ½ tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ dl roughly chopped peanuts (Ca 65 g)
  • 50 g roughly chopped dark chocolate

Cookies with peanuts

Chocolate meets peanuts in a scrumptious cookie! About 40 pcs.

This is how you do

  1. Whip together butter, powdered sugar and sugar until it becomes light and airy. Add the egg and whip to a smooth texture.
  2. Blend together Mjölmix, cocoa and baking powder.
  3. Blend the flour and sugar mixes together in a bowl. Finally, add in your chopped chocolate and peanuts to form an even dough.
  4. Place in suitable cookie sizes on a baking paper covered tray.
  5. Bake in the midle of the oven at 200º C for about ca. 8 min.
  6. Let your freshly baked cookies cool off on a ‘grill’ to allow air flow.
