Crispy vanilla cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter or margarine at room temperature
  • 1 dl sugar
  • 180 g (about 3 dl) Finax Mjölmix (milk free with corn)
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Crispy vanilla cookies

Just as deliciously crispy as they sound – and milk free too! Make sure you try this simple recipe for yummy gluten and milk free cookies. Yields about 30 pcs.

This is how you do:

  1. Stir together the butter and sugar until smooth and soft.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth dough.
  3. Form the dough into small buns (about 3 cm in diameter) and place them on a tray with baking sheet. Remember that the cookies will soften and expand in diameter.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven at 150º C for about 20 minutes.
