Dream roll


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 dl sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (75 g)
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 dl powder sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar

Dream roll

Perfect for your celebration party! One roll equals 10-12 pieces.

 This is how you do

  1. Set your oven at 250º C and place baking sheet in an oven tray measuring approx. 30 x 40 cm.
  2. Beat egg and sugar into a light and airy mass.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients and carefully mix till even.
  4. Spread out the dough in the oven tray and bake for 5 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  5. Sprinkle sugar over the surface of the freshly baked cake bottom, then remove it from the tray placing it upside down on a sheat of non-sticky paper (baking sheet) and leave to cool.
  6. For the filling: mix the butter/margarine and powdered sugar together until it becomes a light even mix. Add egg yolk and stir together into an even creme.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the cooled off cake bottom. Spread the filling evenly across it and roll together from the longest side using the paper sheet to make it easier.


  • Cut the Dream Roll into pieces. Add a topping of whipped cream and sprinkle with fresh berries or some fruit – impressive and delicious!
