• 2 dl crushed buckwheat
  • 1 dl linseed
  • 1/2 dl Finax Fibrex
  • 1 dl raisins
  • 11/2 tsp salt
  • 4 dl water
  • 4 dl unsweetened yoghurt
  • 50 g yeast
  • 50 g butter or margarin at room temperature
  • 2 tsp bread spice
  • 11-13 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (ca 700 g)

Super delicious bread with raisins. The recipe yields 2 breads.

This is how you do:

  1. Mix crushed buckwheat, linseed, raisins and salt into a bowl. Bring the water to a boil and add to the mix. Let it cool down to 37º C.
  2. Heat up the unsweetened yoghurt to 37° C. Dissolve the yeast in the yoghurt while stirring and mix in the mix of dry ingredients.
  3. Add the butter or margarine and most of the flourmix. Work with dough hooks by machine for about 5 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and shape the dough into 2 breads of equal size. Place in two pre-greased baking forms (1 1/2 l.).
  5. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes under a damp cloth. Set your oven to 200º C.
  6. Bake the breads in the lower part of the oven for about 45 minutes.
