Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2,5 dl water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g (about 8 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix or Lågprotein mjölmix

Time for a picnic? Try baking your own flat breads and make delicious wraps – easy to bring and enjoy! Yields 8-10 pcs.

This is how you do:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and work the dough thoroughly for 5 minutes using a machine.
  2. Cover your hands with flour before shaping the dough into 8-10 round buns.
  3. Flatten the dough buns to be as thin as possible.
  4. Fry in a hot dry pan for about 1 minute on either side.
  5. Leave to cool on a grill.
