Milk free bread


  • 4 1/2 dl water
  • 25 g yeast
  • 50 g butter/margarin at room temperature or 0,5 dl oil
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • ca 8 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix mjölkfri (500 g)

Milk free bread

A great bread for those with milk allergies! Yields 1 bread.

this is how you do:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Work the dough vigorously for at least 5 minutes, preferably using machine.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased baking form (1,5 l.).
  5. Let rise for 40 minutes.
  6. Bake the bread in the lower part of the oven at 225° C for approximately 25 minutes.


  • This bread is really good for toasting. As it dries out relatively quick it is a good idea to slice the bread for freezing – then it is super easy to take out just what you need, when you need it.
