Ingredients
- 4 dl water
- 25 g yeast
- 30 g butter or margarine at room temperature or 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 tsp salt
- cca 7 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (420 g)
- 3 dl Finax Fruktmüsli (ca 100 g)
- water

Müsli Bread
The perfect delicious bread for those who likes to combine two staple breakfast favorites! Yields 1 bread.
this is how you do:
- Crumble the yeast into a bowl with the luke warm water. Stir till the yeast is completely dissolved.
- Add the butter/margarine, salt and flour mix. Work the dough by machine for about 5 minutes.
- Finally mix in the müsli.
- Pour the dough into a pre-greased long bread baking form (about 1 1/2 liter).
- Leave the dough to rise for about 30 minutes under a damp cloth. Set the oven to 200º C.
- Brush the risen bread with water and sprinkle müsli on top.
- Bake the bread in the lower part of the oven for approx. 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool down on a grill without cloth cover to allow airflow.
TIP
- If you want an even more wholesome bread simply switch Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix for Finax Glutenfri Grov Mjölmix. You can also add 1/2 dl light syrup and increase the amount of salt by 1 tsp.
