• 2 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (120 g)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 dl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or margarine


Is there anything more "classic" than pancakes? This gluten free recipe helps you succeed. Enough for 10-12 pcs.

this is how you do:

  1. Mix together the flour mix and salt.
  2. Blend in the milk little-by-little until you have a smooth dough.
  3. Mix in the eggs and finally the butter or margarine.
  4. Grease a frying pan and bake thin pancakes ready to enjoy right off the pan!
