Pizza rolls

Add a "twist" to your pizza with this delicious recipe – a sure hit! Yields about 18 pieces.

This is how you do:

  1. Heat the milk to 37º C and add Finax Psyllium. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Crumble in the yeast and stir till it´s dissolved. Add the butter or margarine as well as the remaining ingredients (leave aside 0,5 dl mjölmix). Work the dough for 5 minutes using a machine.
  3. Apply the left over flour evenly on your table top and shape the dough into a flat square of about 30 x 40 cm.
  4. Add your toppings and place the cheese on top. Roll up the pizza to a log and cut it into 18 pieces. Place the pieces on a tray with baking sheet and leave to rise for about 65 minutes under a cover.
  5. Brush the pizza rolls with beat egg.
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250º C for 10-12 minutes.
