Ingredients
- 3 dl milk
- 0,5 tsp Finax Psyllium
- 1/2 pack of yeast (25 g)
- 160 g butter or margarine at room temperature
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato fiber
- 600 g (about 10 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix or Mjölmix (milk free with corn)
Filling:
- about 80 g sun dried tomatoes
- about 100 g shredded ham
- Sliced cheese
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
Pizza rolls
Add a "twist" to your pizza with this delicious recipe – a sure hit! Yields about 18 pieces.
This is how you do:
- Heat the milk to 37º C and add Finax Psyllium. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
- Crumble in the yeast and stir till it´s dissolved. Add the butter or margarine as well as the remaining ingredients (leave aside 0,5 dl mjölmix). Work the dough for 5 minutes using a machine.
- Apply the left over flour evenly on your table top and shape the dough into a flat square of about 30 x 40 cm.
- Add your toppings and place the cheese on top. Roll up the pizza to a log and cut it into 18 pieces. Place the pieces on a tray with baking sheet and leave to rise for about 65 minutes under a cover.
- Brush the pizza rolls with beat egg.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 250º C for 10-12 minutes.
