Raspberry cups


  • 250 g butter or margarine at room temperature
  • 1,5 dl caster sugar
  • 400 g (6-7 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix or Finax Lågprotein mjölmix
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Raspberry jam

Raspberry cups

Super-delicious raspberry cups – sure to add a festive touch to any celebration! Yields about 20-25 pcs.

 This is how you do:

  1. Heat your oven to 175º C.
  2. Mix butter and sugar together.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and work together into a smooth dough.
  4. Place the dough into aluminum cup baking forms and press a hole into the middle of each one.
  5. Fill the hole of each cup with raspberry jam.
  6. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
