Ingredients
- 250 g butter or margarine at room temperature
- 1,5 dl caster sugar
- 400 g (6-7 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix or Finax Lågprotein mjölmix
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder

- Raspberry jam
Raspberry cups
Super-delicious raspberry cups – sure to add a festive touch to any celebration! Yields about 20-25 pcs.
This is how you do:
- Heat your oven to 175º C.
- Mix butter and sugar together.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and work together into a smooth dough.
- Place the dough into aluminum cup baking forms and press a hole into the middle of each one.
- Fill the hole of each cup with raspberry jam.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
