Sunflower Baguette

Delicious sunflower baguette – ideal for a picnic on a lovely summer day as well as for a stormy fall evening indoors. About 10 pcs.

this is how you do:

  1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and add the water, stirring until dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients but save about 0,5 dl flour mix for working the dough.
  3. Mix the dough thoroughly by machine for about 5 minutes.
  4. Leave the dough to rest under a baking cloth for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough on your flour covered table top and divide into 10 pieces, which are then shaped into small baguettes.
  6. Place the baguettes on a tray with baking sheet and leave to rise under a damp cloth for about 40 minutes. Heat your oven to 200° C.
  7. Brush with olive oil and make a few fine cuts across the tops using a knife. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds if you like.
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
