Swedish Strassburgare


  • 100 g milk free margarine
  • 1/2 dl powder sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/4 dl Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (75 g)
  • 1 dl potato flour

Swedish Strassburgare

Bake a batch of these super-delicious treats and invite your grand kids, neighbors or parents! No wait.. – maybe just eat them yourself! Yields about 25 pcs.

This is how you do:

  1. Set your oven at 175º C.
  2. Mix the margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until it´s a light mass. Gradually mix in the flourmix and potato flour while making sure to stir continuously.
  3. Press out the dough in long rows onto a baking tray with baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool a bit, then cut each baked row into about 10 cakes.
