- 180 g Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix (about 3 dl)
- 1 dl polenta
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1,5 dl water or milk
Tortillas
Feel like a fun and delicious dinner? Of course tacos is just the right thing! Try this recipe for really delicious tortilla bread! Enough for 4 pieces.
This is how you do:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and add water/milk.
- Work together to a smooth dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and flatten each portion to a round on a flour covered surface.
- Bake in a frying pan at medium heat.
TIP:
- Fry chicken fillets together with red, yellow and green peppers and yellow onion. Add yoghurt and serve with the freshly baked tortilla breads.
- Spice and fry minced beef. Chop feta cheese, green and black olives and arugula. Mix everything together and place on the fresh tortillas. Roll up the bread and place them on an oven tray. Add shredded cheese on top before baking until the cheese has melted.
