• 100 g margarine
  • 4,5 dl milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 240 g (4-4,5 dl) Finax Glutenfri Mjölmix
  • 0,5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Margarine for waffle toaster


A true classic – exquisite gluten free waffles!

This is how you do:

  1. Melt the margarine and add the milk. Let cool to about 45ºC.
  2. Mix baking powder and flour mix together before mixing in with the margarine and milk mix.
  3. Add salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly together and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Apply melted margarine to the baking toaster and bake your waffles one at a time.
