Whole grain bread loaf


  • 4 dl water
  • 25 g yeast
  • 25 g butter/margarine at room temperature or 2tbsp oil
  • 1,5 tbsp syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7-8 dl Finax Glutenfri Grov Mjölmix (ca 400 g)

Whole grain bread loaf

Simple breadloaf for beginners and expert bakers! Yields 1 bread.

this is how you do:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the luke warm water and stir till completely dissolved.
  2. Add the butter, margarine or oil. Then add syrup and salt while stirring everything together.
  3. Finally, mix in the flourmix. Work the dough thoroughly using a machine for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the dough into a pre-greased baking form (about 1 1/2 liter volume).
  5. Leave the dough to rise for 30-35 minutes under a cover. Set your oven at 200º C.
  6. Finally bake your bread in the lower part of the oven for approx. 35 minutes.
